Depotting MAC Quads

So a few weeks ago, I took advantage of the 25% off MAC sale and ordered two quads from Cult of Cherry (among other things :) Since I already had the Spiced Chocolate one, I got Shadowy Lady and Tempting Eye. Personally, I prefer to depot the quads because I like rearranging my eyeshadows chromatically. And I had no problem depotting the Spiced Chocolate quad; all I did was dribble rubbing alcohol into the crack between the eyeshadow and the case and wait a bit before prying it out. Except with my new quads, it was a bit difficult. So i ended up having to take the cover off and basically take the entire thing apart. Turns out MAC glues a side of the eyeshadow to the case part, which is why it was a lot harder to pry out and I didn't want to ruin my eyeshadows. In the first picture I had taken a knife and used it to pry off the little case by sticking it into the side and wiggling it a bit. And the magnetic part came off with the eyeshadows so I just poured some rubbing alcohol on it and pried the eyeshadows off. And the last picture is what the magnetic thing looked like afterwards; all scratched up :(
