Personally, my favorite part of award shows like the Golden Globes and the Oscars is the red carpet stuff beforehand. I love seeing all the gorgeous gowns (I've got such a weakness for dresses!) not to mention the makeup looks. There weren't too many dresses that really caught my eye this year except for Anne Hathaway's gorgeous dark blue gown. She always has beautiful hair, makeup, and dresses...
Makeup-wise, I'd have to say Hayden Panetierre's look was amazing. A really simple, clean face, pinky nude lips and smokey eyes...I'll definitely be trying this in the future!
